We follow the Hatha yoga system of practice. Our sessions are suitable for all levels of practitioners, from beginner to advanced. You can choose the class and time that suit you best.
The most important part of Hatha Yoga practice is consistency and regularity. A shorter daily practice is better than skipping it and practicing for longer time irregularly. If you want to get the best out of your practice, ideally, we recommend practicing 5-6 days every week.
