Yoga Classes for Kids

Kids learn yoga with us in a fun, educative way. Yoga for kids include asanas, pranayama, visualization meditation, deep relaxation, yogic games, and positive affirmation songs.

Children are naturally radiant, aware, and full of innocent wisdom. Yoga practice at an early age provides them with the tools and strategies to build the mental and physical resilience they need to adapt to the busy, outcome-based world in which they live. They gradually develop positive perceptions, good and healthy habits, and mindful awareness and concentration that help them deal with themselves and the world better.

August Yoga's Kids program is for 4-12 years olds. Children above 12 can join regular batches.
